In a session, you lie down comfortably while I hold a safe, grounded space and guide the activation through specific energetic cues and nervous-system awareness. There is no forcing, breathwork, or effort required from you. Your body does the work, releasing stored tension, emotions, and blockages in its own intelligence and timing.
